This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for users of Space Dot Private Limited (“Space Dot”). Our goal is to ensure every user has a clear, fair, and transparent experience when using our services.
2. General 7-Day Refund Policy
Users may request a refund within 7 days from the date of plan activation or purchase if they are not satisfied with the service.
Refunds apply only to the original service fee of active plans.
Requests submitted after 7 days are not eligible unless covered by the SD Guarantee protection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
3. SD Guarantee – 30-Day Refund Protection
If a user has purchased the SD Guarantee with any plan:
Refund eligibility extends to 30 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds will be processed only after review and confirmation by the Space Dot quality team.
The SD Guarantee automatically replaces the standard 7-day refund window.
SD Guarantee applies only when purchased at the time of plan enrollment.
4. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable when all the following conditions are met:
The request is emailed to [services@spacedot.co.in](mailto:services@spacedot.co.in) from the registered email ID.
The request is within the valid refund period (7 or 30 days).
No violation or misuse of company terms is identified.
Refunds do not apply for partial usage or expired projects.
5. Service Cancellation
Users may cancel their plan anytime before expiration by emailing [services@spacedot.co.in](mailto:services@spacedot.co.in).
After cancellation, access to learning modules and digital platforms will be deactivated.
Cancellations before renewal do not incur additional charges.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
Requests made after the applicable refund window.
Accuracy or project rejections due to non-compliance with submission standards.
Expired access or incomplete submissions.
Purchases made via unauthorized links or third-party sources.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days after verification and will be returned to the same payment account used for purchase.
