Service-Specific Terms
Trade – Stock Market Education Services
  • Educational Content: Space Trade provides educational materials on stock market concepts. This content is for learning purposes only and not financial advice.
  • Service Fee : Rs. 5730 (including GST) is required for access to Space Trade.
  • Liability: Space Dot is not responsible for any investment decisions or financial outcomes based on the educational content provided.
  • User Responsibilities: Users must engage in the content responsibly and should seek professional financial advice where necessary.
Service-Specific Terms
  • Training Focus: Data entry tasks are part of a training program designed to enhance your typing skills.
  • Content Accuracy: Type content from image files onto the website accurately, matching format and alignment.
  • Project Structure: Each project includes 20 pages to be typed accurately from image files. Completion and upload must adhere to guidelines.
  • Service Fee: Rs. 4930 (including GST) is required for participation in the data entry plan.
  • Rejection Criteria: Projects using third-party software, having excessive errors, or not meeting the guidelines will be rejected.

Important Notices for Data Entry:
  • Using third-party software for data entry will result in immediate ID termination.
  • Double-check all files to eliminate errors before submission.
  • Creating multiple accounts in your or another person’s name leads to an immediate ban, with no refund of the service fee.
  • Projects with more than fifteen misprints or hyperlinks are not accepted.
CAPTCHA Projects
  • Training Focus: CAPTCHA projects follow a training-oriented approach to improve typing accuracy and speed.
  • Service Fee: CAPTCHA projects are available at no additional fee as part of Space Trade Service Plan.
  • Request Schedule: CAPTCHA requests under the *Online Service Plan* are available only on Mondays and Tuesdays between 12 pm and 2 pm. No projects are provided on weekends and public holidays.
  • Unlimited Access: Under the *Space Trade Service Plan*, CAPTCHA projects are available without the specific request schedule limitations.
  • Completion and Accuracy: Incorrect captchas are not counted. Late submissions result in no further projects.
SD Pro Services
  • Training and Earnings: SD Pro provides comprehensive training through task completion, including captcha projects.
  • Service Fee:Rs. 6050 (including GST) for access to SD Pro.
  • Support:Our team provides full support and guidelines for skill development and accurate task completion.
  • User Responsibilities: Users must complete tasks as instructed and use SD Pro tools responsibly.
SD Loans Services
  • Loan Options: SD Loans offers various loans such as Car Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, and Personal Loans.
  • Application Process: Loans can be applied for online or offline, and are facilitated through concerned banks.
  • Service Fee: Registration service fee applies for creating an SD Loans account.
  • Required Documents: Passport-size photo, address proof, service fee payment slip, registration form, and email verification must be submitted to [registration@spacedot.co.in]
  • Referral Program:Commissions are earned for referrals who register and apply for loans.
  • Loan Terms: Specific loan terms and conditions will be provided upon application and must be agreed to by the applicant.
Payments and Fees
  • Service Fees:All service fees are non-refundable and must be paid as specified for each service.
  • Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods as outlined on our website. Ensure timely payments to avoid interruptions in service.
  • Billing: Detailed billing information will be provided, and users must ensure accurate payment details.
Intellectual Property and Copyright

Misrepresentation by Uplines
  • Responsibility for Misrepresentation: If an upline provides incorrect information leading to someone joining, the upline is solely responsible for the consequences. Space Dot Private Limited holds no liability in such cases.
Change of Company Rules

1. Purpose of the Platform

Space Dot provides structured digital-learning and practice environments designed to improve typing, data-handling, and communication skills. Our platforms are created to support self-paced learning, guided training, and digital performance improvement.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, creating an account, or accessing any Space Dot service, you acknowledge that you:

  • Have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use.
  • Are at least 18 years of age and legally or with parent consent form acceptance competent to enter into a binding agreement.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

3. Account Creation and Access

  1. Users must complete registration through the official Space Dot website or authorized communication channels.
  2. All details provided must be accurate and verifiable.
  3. Space Dot reserves the right to approve, suspend, or deny access if provided information is found incorrect or incomplete.
  4. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Users may not share login credentials with others.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Use our platforms only for lawful, educational, and learning purposes.
  • Do not attempt to hack, copy, reverse-engineer, or misuse any platform component.
  • Avoid uploading harmful or unauthorized files, software, or content.

  •  Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials at all times.

5. Class & Teacher Privacy

  • All online class content, including teacher explanations, voice recordings, and shared screen visuals, are the intellectual property of Space Dot Private Limited.
  • Users are strictly prohibited from recording, capturing screenshots, or sharing any part of the live or recorded sessions.
  • Any misuse, redistribution, or unauthorized use of these materials will be considered a violation of our platform privacy and may lead to suspension or legal action.

6. Access Validity and Renewal

Each plan provides access for a specific duration defined during activation. Users may renew access at ₹3,000 + GST according to the respective plan duration. If access expires and renewal is not completed, project allocation and platform usage will automatically pause until reactivation.

7. Data Accuracy and Project Handling

  1.  All project and report activities within Space Dot are part of the learning environment.
  2.  Users must submit reports accurately and within the allotted period.
  3. Once a project expires, no additional projects or reports of that type will be reassigned.
  4.  Misuse, false submissions, or manipulations may result in suspension or termination of access.

8. Project Duration and Completion Guidelines

Each Data Entry Project includes 10 pages per project across all plans.

  • The submission deadline for each data entry project is 7 days from the date of assignment.

Each Captcha Project includes 1,000 captchas per project across all plans.

  • The first captcha project must be completed within 14 days from the date of activation.
  • For all subsequent captcha projects, the deadline is 48 hours from assignment.
  • If any Data Entry or Captcha Project expires before submission, no additional projects will be assigned for that user account.

9. Payment and Verification

  1. Payments must be made only through officially communicated accounts of Space Dot Private Limited.
  2. Users must ensure that payment receipts include their full name and registered contact details.
  3. Activation will occur only after successful payment verification and document submission.
  4. Fees paid are refundable within 30 days only if the user has purchased an SD Guarantee Protection Plan during registration.
  5. Users without an SD Guarantee Protection Plan are not eligible for refunds once access has been activated.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, visuals, code, text, and materials on the Space Dot website and learning platforms are the exclusive intellectual property of Space Dot Private Limited. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, redistribute, or commercially exploit any material without prior written permission.

11. Communication Policy

  • Space Dot communicates solely via official email domains ending with @spacedot.co.in.
  • We never request sensitive information such as passwords or OTPs through phone, SMS, or unofficial email.

12. Data Privacy and Protection

Our handling of user information is governed by the Space Dot Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

13. Prohibited Activities

  • Upload, distribute, or transmit viruses, spam, or malicious code.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Space Dot.
  • Reproduce or resell any platform material or access credentials.
  • Violation of these terms may lead to immediate suspension or legal action.

14. Limitation of Liability

Space Dot Private Limited will not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our platforms.
  • Delays, technical issues, or interruptions beyond our control.
  • User-generated errors, negligence, or misuse of data.

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

15. Service Modifications and Updates

Space Dot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, access level, or service at any time for operational, legal, or technical reasons. Where possible, users will be notified in advance of significant changes.

16. Termination of Access

Space Dot may suspend or terminate a user account without prior notice if:

  • Information provided is false or misleading.
  • Platform misuse or policy violation is detected.
  • Payment fraud or unauthorized transaction occurs.

Upon termination, access to all projects, reports, and dashboards will be permanently revoked.

17. Third-Party Tools

We may use secure, authorized technical tools for analytics, hosting, or performance improvement. No external or promotional third-party links are provided through the Space Dot website.

18. Indenification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Space Dot Private Limited, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses resulting from violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.
